All sizes are approximate and include only interior living space not garage or basement square footage. All homes can be built with or without a full basement. Standard in all our designs are custom kitchen cabinets, oak flooring, central air, Andersen Windows, ceramic tile in all the bathrooms, dual flush toilets and low flow faucets.
