We start with your vision and collaborate with our project manager, the architect, and the designer to assess feasibility. This helps you make informed decisions about the size and scope of your project. Once finalized, we move on to creating the construction drawings.
2. Pre-Construction
After finalizing your vision and drawings, we handle permits and guide you through product and color selections. Products are ordered and stored if needed, and the Project Manager creates a detailed construction schedule. A pre-construction meeting is held to align responsibilities and establish timelines.
3. Construction
With a schedule set and products ordered, construction begins. You can access your project’s progress via our interactive portal, complete with updates and photos. This helps to facilitate seamless communication, even if you’re away. The portal also allows you to message the team in real time, post pictures, and share updates with friends and family.
4. Post-Construction
After the final walkthrough, your 3-year limited warranty begins. On your project’s first anniversary, we schedule a walkthrough with you to ensure finishes are holding up as expected. We take great pride in ensuring lasting quality and client satisfaction.
